Material selection and processing

We mainly use hot pressing sintering method or melting and casting method. The former is to mix niobium pentoxide powder and niobium powder first, and then sinter at high temperature to prepare dense niobium oxide target. This method can refine the grains and improve the density and mechanical properties of the target. The latter is to heat and melt the niobium pentoxide powder under vacuum or inert gas protection, and then pour it into a mold and cast it into the shape of the target.
