Process

It combines precision thread processing technology with special tungsten material processing technology, and ensures the reliable performance of products in extreme environments such as high temperature and high strength through powder metallurgy billet →making→ precision forming special heat treatment→ high-precision thread processing → surface strengthening treatment.

(1) Prepare high-purity tungsten powder, add a small amount of nickel, ir, on, and other metal elements as needed.

(2) The tungsten powder is pressed into blank strips by molding or the cold isostatic pressing method, and sintered at high temperature to improve the density.

(3) Use a sawing machine or cutting machine to cut off the bar material according to the design length, and the incision needs to be polished and smoothed.

(4) Rough turning of the bolt head and rod on the lathe, and a margin of 0.2-0.5mm is reserved for subsequent processing.

(5) The thread is cold-rolled and formed by the wire rolling machine, which can be used in three ways: radial rolling, tangential rolling, or rolling head rolling.

(6) Coating and grinding process on the surface to reduce surface roughness and ensure processing accuracy.

(7) Conduct comprehensive quality inspection, such as dimensional tolerance, mechanical properties, non-destructive testing, visual inspection, etc.
