Recently, FANMETAL has completed the production and shipment of a batch of tungsten bolts customized as counterweight components for a well-known Czech industrial customer. Before cooperating with our company, the Czech customer was facing prominent pain points in the selection of counterweight components. As the core part of their industrial equipment, the counterweight needs to have high density, stable performance, and excellent wear resistance to ensure the stable operation of the equipment. Previously, the customer used traditional steel counterweight bolts, which had the problems of insufficient density, poor structural stability, and short service life-often requiring frequent replacement and maintenance, which not only increased the customer's operation cost but also affected the production efficiency of the equipment. After learning about the customer's needs in detail, our professional technical team quickly carried out in-depth research and analysis, and put forward a customized solution using tungsten alloy bolts as counterweight components. Tungsten, as a refractory metal with excellent performance, has a density of 16.5-18.5g/cm³, which is much higher than that of carbon steel and stainless steel, making it an ideal material for high-efficiency counterweights. Combined with the customer's equipment parameters, we optimized the product design, strictly controlled the precision of the bolts to ±0.01mm, and solved the problem of insufficient precision of traditional counterweights. At the same time, we adopted advanced powder metallurgy technology to process the Tungsten Alloy Balance Weights, which further enhanced the product's wear resistance and corrosion resistance, ensuring that the counterweight components can maintain stable performance in harsh industrial environments and greatly reduce the frequency of replacement and maintenance.
After the batch of tungsten bolts was delivered to the Czech customer, the customer conducted a comprehensive performance test and actual operation verification. The test results show that our tungsten bolts fully meet their technical requirements: the high density effectively improves the balance and stability of the equipment, the high precision ensures smooth installation, and the excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance significantly reduce the maintenance cost and extend the service life of the equipment.
