OVERVIEW
Stellite, also known as cobalt-based alloy material, is a hard alloy with cobalt as the main component, which has excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance. FEATURES
Excellent wear resistance and fatigue resistance
It has high hardness and the carbide hard phase in the alloy is evenly distributed. It can maintain surface finish and dimensional stability for a long time when facing various types of wear such as erosion, abrasive wear and fatigue wear.
Excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance
The alloy contains a high level of chromium, which can form a dense oxide film on the alloy surface, effectively resisting corrosion from chemical substances such as acid, alkali, salt, as well as environmental corrosion such as seawater and humid air.
Excellent high-temperature performance and toughness
The high melting point of cobalt and the special organizational structure inside the alloy enable it to maintain high hardness and strength at high temperatures, while also having good toughness and being less prone to brittle fracture.
Good machining performance

WORKING PRINCIPLE
The drive device drives the Stellite Casting Disc to rotate at a certain angle through the valve stem and rocker arm, thereby realizing the opening and closing of the valve and controlling the flow and cutoff of the medium in the pipeline. At the same time, the medium has a grinding effect on the sealing surface during the opening and closing process of the valve, which can repair the damaged area on the sealing surface of the Stellite sealing disc in real time, further improve the sealing performance, and extend its service life.
PROCESS
① Mix the raw materials of Stellite alloy, such as cobalt, chromium, tungsten, and carbon, in precise proportions, and add appropriate additives.
② Press the mixed powder into a blank of the desired shape by die casting or hot isostatic pressing.
Sinter the formed blank in a high-temperature environment to combine the powder particles into a dense alloy structure.
③ Heat treat the sintered alloy, usually including high-temperature solution treatment and aging treatment.
④ Forge the heat-treated alloy blank to obtain the desired shape and size.
⑤ Use CNC machine tools for high-precision machining, such as turning, cutting, and drilling.
⑥ Polish the surface to improve the surface finish and extend the service life.
⑦ Full-process quality control to ensure that each process meets international production standards.
