The material is made by selecting the appropriate grade of Stellite material for CNC machining, heat treatment, surface polishing, grinding and drilling, and strict performance and quality inspection. For example, Stellite 6 has a chromium content of 28-30%, which is an alloy with good comprehensive performance and is suitable for the production of light-loaded parts such as cutting tools. Stellite 21 has the highest cobalt content and is mainly used for key parts that require ultra-high strength.
