Cobalt Base Alloy Welding Rod is made by fusion welding or surfacing welding process. There are different grades and models according to hardness and chemical composition content, mainly including Stellite4, Stellite6 and Stellite12. Cobalt-based alloys are currently the most widely used wear-resistant surfacing materials, often used in the electronic battery industry, petrochemical, metallurgy, aerospace and automotive manufacturing industries. Cobalt Base Alloy Welding Rods are often used as welding for hot pressing dies, steam valves, hot shear blades and high temperature liquid pumps, etc.

4. Materials containing more than 50% cobalt will not lose their original strength and hardness even if the temperature reaches 1000°C

5. The cemented carbide phase (carbon and tungsten) in the matrix gives the alloy high strength and wear resistance
