1. Industrial Machinery

① High-purity aluminum ingots and silicon powder are uniformly blended to prevent impurities from affecting coating performance.
② Aluminum and silicon are layered proportionally into a vacuum induction melting furnace to achieve a fine, uniform grain structure.
③ Cold isostatic pressing provides preliminary shaping, followed by hot pressing and sintering in a vacuum environment to densify the material and form a high-density target blank.
④ Employ a multi-pass hot forging + warm rolling combination process to achieve the base thickness of the finished product, with tolerances controlled within ±0.2mm.
⑤ CNC machining (turning and grinding) to achieve customer-specified dimensions and shapes, followed by backing plate bonding.
⑥ Comprehensive performance verification, including mechanical properties, dimensional accuracy, chemical purity, surface roughness, visual inspection, and flatness, ensuring qualified packaging and shipment.
