Material selection and processing

We use pure niobium or niobium alloys through vacuum induction melting, hot rolling, forging, cutting, annealing and other processes. After forging, the niobium material needs to be pickled or polished to remove surface impurities and oxide layers. Finally, the quality of the produced niobium discs must be inspected, including the size, purity, grain size and other indicators to ensure that the product meets the requirements of use.
