Material selection and processing
Our company uses high-purity tantalum materials, which are pressed and sintered at high temperature into dense tantalum bars, and then repeatedly rolled and drawn, and annealed to improve their mechanical properties and dimensional stability, and finally polished surface treatment.

Application

1. Electronic Industry:
Capacitors: Tantalum wire is a key material for the manufacture of tantalum capacitors, used in filtering, energy storage and coupling circuits, with the advantages of high capacitance and low leakage current.
Vacuum electronic devices: used to manufacture components such as heating wires, grids and anodes.
2. Chemical Industry:

It should be noted that tantalum wire has high ductility and plasticity, but excessive bending and twisting should be avoided during processing to prevent breakage. Moreover, sintering should be performed as soon as possible after forming to avoid long-term storage leading to performance changes. It should be stored in a dry, acid-free and alkali-free environment and avoid contact with metal containers to prevent electrochemical reactions.
