APPLICATION
- Electronics and semiconductor industry: MoCu Alloy Foil can be used as a chip packaging substrate, a heat sink, or a heat sink component for power devices. It uses high thermal conductivity to quickly extract heat from the chip during operation to avoid thermal failure. PROCESS

④Multiple rolling and laser cutting ensure dimensional accuracy and reduce surface roughness.
⑤Surface polishing removes the oxide layer and improves the finish.
