Characteristics

Strong high-temperature performance

The high temperature strength is far superior to pure molybdenum; it has strong creep resistance, a low thermal expansion coefficient, and can maintain good dimensional stability without deformation in high temperature environment.

It has high shaping performance, good hot and cold processing performance, and high dimensional accuracy. It can be made into parts with complex shapes through high-precision technology to meet different customized requirements.

Excellent chemical stability

It is anti-fatigue, anti-vibration, and wear-resistant. It is not easy to crack under alternating loads. Its service life is more than 30% longer than that of pure molybdenum plates.

 

Application

  1. Aerospace: It can be used to manufacture engine parts of high-speed aircraft, such as turbine blades and combustion chambers etc. It can maintain good performance under extreme conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, and high speed to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the engine.
