Zirconium Round Bar Description & Application

Zirconium Round Bars are mainly made of zirconium materials through forging, hot or cold rolling, welding and annealing and other processing processes. It should be noted that when welding zirconium rods, appropriate welding materials, appropriate process parameters and cooling measures should be selected to avoid the appearance of cracks and pores. Zirconium round bars are commonly used in three grades: R60702, R60704 and R60705, and are produced in accordance with the international standard ASTM B550.Because zirconium round bars are highly corrosion-resistant and have excellent corrosion resistance in most organic acids, inorganic acids, strong bases and some molten salts, they are often used as corrosion-resistant parts of various chemical equipment in Fertilizer industry, petrochemical industry, atomic energy industry and electronics industry, etc.
