Material selection and processing

We use high-quality tungsten-copper composites made by powder metallurgy process, mainly by impregnating liquid copper into a porous pre-sintered tungsten "skeleton" for high temperature sintering and forging. Adjusting the composition ratio can provide specific performance characteristics for EDM applications.

Application

Tungsten Copper Spark Erosion Electrode is the most commonly used EDM electrode, which mainly plays the role of transmitting machining pulses to etch the workpiece with minimum loss, and can accurately copy the original shape of the electrode to the workpiece. The EDM Machine Electrode not only effectively saves electrode materials, but also increases the speed of discharge machining and improves the accuracy of the die, and saves the cost of machining tools and maintenance costs.
