Material selection and processing

We use high-quality tungsten carbide powder and cobalt binder for processing and production. The mixed powder is placed in a mold for cold isostatic pressing. The blank is then sintered at high temperature and polished, and the finished product is finally tested for quality (including performance testing or dimensional accuracy testing). We can also perform certain surface coating treatments according to customer needs to increase service life.

Different grades can be used according to different applications of users. The main tungsten carbide grades are the YG series and the YN series. The YG series has a higher transverse rupture strength, while the YN series has better corrosion resistance than the former.
