Material selection

Production processing
1. It is necessary to prepare tungsten carbide powder, as well as metal powders such as cobalt and nickel. These raw materials are mixed in a certain proportion to form a mixture.
2. The mixed powder is placed in a mold and pressed into a blank with a certain shape and density by high pressure to ensure the initial shape and structure of the Carbide Rollers.
3. The blank is sintered at high temperature to form a hard and dense alloy structure. This step not only improves the density and hardness of the ring sleeve but also enhances its wear resistance and strength.
