Stellite 6 has the best comprehensive performance, taking into account both wear resistance and toughness, followed by stellite 12, which is less difficult to process, and most products use these two materials; in addition, stellite 3 and stellite 4 have slightly higher hardness and are widely used in fields with high requirements for wear resistance in corrosive or high temperature environments; stellite 20 has the highest hardness, but its processing difficulty is also relatively high, it is less brittle and easy to break.
