Stellite 6B consists of approximately 27% to 32% chromium, 3% to 4% molybdenum, 1.4% to 2% carbon, 3% to 3.5% tungsten, 1% to 1.5% silicon and 1.5% to 2.5% iron. This composition gives Stellite 6B excellent wear resistance, impact resistance, and corrosion resistance.
