Hastelloy Filler Wire Description
Hastelloy is a nickel-molybdenum or nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy that performs well at high temperatures and is easy to fabricate and form, making it suitable for cold working or welding applications. Hastelloy Filler Wire covers the excellent properties of Hastelloy alloys, such as good electrical and thermal conductivity, strong oxidation resistance, excellent welding performance, good wear resistance, anti-static, anti-radiation, smooth and beautiful surface and good durability, etc. Hastelloy Filler Wire can be divided into various grades such as X, C22, C276 and B-2, which are all suitable for applications in electronics, aerospace, chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and oil and gas industries. In most corrosive environments, Hastelloy Filler Wire can be applied in the form of weldments, but in very harsh environments, Hastelloy materials and weldments must be solution heat treated to obtain the best corrosion resistance.
