Hastelloy C22 Tube is a nickel-molybdenum alloy product with strong resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. The high chromium content provides a good anti-oxidative medium, while the molybdenum and tungsten contents provide a good anti-reductive medium. C22 alloy is also one of the few materials resistant to corrosion by wet chlorine, hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide. Hastelloy C22 Tubes can be divided into seamless tube, welded tube, gas tube, thick-walled and thin-walled tube, cold drawn tube, polished tube and hollow tube, etc., and are suitable for different processing techniques.For example, the welding of Hastelloy C22 hollow tube can use three processes: gas tungsten arc, gas metal arc and shielded metal arc. Alloy C22 seamless pipe has good ductility and is suitable for cold forming process. Hastelloy C22 Tube has a wide range of applications and can be used in various plants according to different production goals, such as thermal and nuclear power plants, food and dairy plants, pharmaceutical plants, chemical plants, paper mills, desalination plants, oil refineries or Fertilizer plants, etc.
