In mid-to-late December, we concluded a trade order with an Italian customer for Wolfram Crucibles. Our company is a non-ferrous metal product supplier with more than 20 years of professional experience and can provide overseas customers with various high-quality tungsten and its alloy products. We successfully delivered the products to the designated receiving location of the Italian customer within the delivery period. After receiving the products, the customer highly praised our processing technology and service attitude, especially in terms of size and shape, which met their customized requirements.
The Italian customer sent us an inquiry via email. We asked the customer to provide detailed drawings of the size specifications, and we also reached a consensus with the customer on the order quantity, product price, and delivery time. After the product is produced, we generally use solid wooden boxes and shockproof foam boards for packaging and delivery.

Crucibles can be divided into sintering type (applied to powder metallurgy technology), stamping type, forging type, and spinning type according to different process methods. Wolfram Crucibles are the most commonly used crystal preparation containers in high-temperature fields and chemical experiments. Tungsten Cylindrical Crucible can withstand harsh environments such as high temperatures and corrosion. It can not only improve the success rate and service life of seeding in sapphire single crystal growth furnaces but also serve as the core component of electronic spraying equipment to ensure the quality and stability of the spraying process.
It should be noted that the crucible will be corroded and worn by high temperatures and chemicals during long-term use, and requires specific methods for maintenance and maintenance.
