MoW Alloy Rod
MoW Alloy Rod Description
The production method of MoW Alloy Rod is the same as that of molybdenum metal material and molybdenum alloy material, that is, the alloy powder is sintered and processed or smelted. The emergence of molybdenum-tungsten alloy products is to meet the superior performance of tungsten and molybdenum in the application environment, and the products after alloying are more wear-resistant and durable.
Properties of MoW Alloy Rod:
1. High melting point, low resistivity, low thermal expansion
2. High resistance to zinc liquid corrosion, excellent creep resistance, high thermal conductivity
3. The radiation shielding level is higher than ordinary molybdenum alloy
4. High ductility, excellent durability and good environmental protection
Application of MoW Alloy Rods:
1. Can be widely used in missile high-temperature components, aerospace vehicle engines or heating elements of high-temperature kilns
2. Manufacture of agitators, pipes, container linings and other components used in the zinc smelting industry
3. Due to its high melting point, anti-ablation and anti-flame erosion of solid particles, it can also be used for gas rudders and shields of solid rocket motors.
4. It can also be widely used in pharmaceutical, food production, chemical industry, electronic engineering, semiconductor industry and metallurgical processing industry, etc.
