Description:Tungsten molybdenum alloy crucible is made of two materials, molybdenum and tungsten. This combination can improve the working temperature of the crucible. The normal working temperature of molybdenum crucible is above 1100℃, and that of molybdenum-tungsten alloy crucible is above 1800℃. The purity and density of the tungsten molybdenum crucible are determined by the level of powder metallurgy technology, mainly selecting high-quality tungsten and molybdenum powder, isostatic pressing in the mold, and then sintering at high temperature,finally machining and polishing the surface and inner surface of the formed tungsten molybdenum crucibles. Tungsten molybdenum alloy crucible contains all the advantages of tungsten and molybdenum, such as high melting point, good high temperature resistance, high strength and hardness, strong corrosion resistance, strong electrical and thermal conductivity, low expansion coefficient, low pollution, long service life, etc.

Application:Tungsten molybdenum crucibles have high density, no internal cracks, accurate dimensions, smooth inner and outer walls, and high cost performance. They are mainly used in the production of sapphire. These advantages play a key role in the success rate, quality control, decrystallization and service life of the sapphire crystal growth process, and the surface roughness of the processed crucible will not exceed Rz6.3.If the surface of the crucible is too rough, the sapphire crystal will often be damaged, which will shorten the service life of the crucible. In addition, tungsten molybdenum crucibles are also widely used in rare earth melting, metal extraction, metallurgical industry, machining, solar energy industry, glass and ceramic industry, etc.
