Titanium stirrer for PTA device
The titanium stirrer makes the liquid and gas medium forced convection and uniformly mix the device. The type, size and speed of the stirrer have an influence on the distribution of the stirring power between the overall flow and the turbulent pulsation. Generally speaking, the power distribution of the turbine agitator is beneficial to turbulent flow pulsation, while the propeller agitator is beneficial to the overall flow. For the same type of agitator, under the condition of the same power consumption, the power of a large-diameter, low-speed agitator is mainly consumed by the overall flow, which is conducive to macro-mixing. The power of a small-diameter, high-speed agitator is mainly consumed by turbulent pulsation, which is conducive to micro-mixing. The amplification of the agitator is a complicated problem related to the technological process. So far, it can only be amplified through step-by-step experience and extrapolated to the industrial scale based on the obtained amplification criterion.
Titanium stirrer can withstand organic acid, inorganic acid organic solvent and alkali solution with PH value less than or equal to 12, but it is not suitable for strong alkali, HF, and phosphoric acid with temperature greater than 180℃ and concentration greater than 30%;
