W-La Alloy Electrode Rod Description
W-La Alloy Electrode Rod is an electrode material made by adding lanthanum oxide to tungsten matrix and then undergoing injection molding and powder metallurgy. It is mainly used in welding processes such as shielded gas welding, resistance welding and plasma welding, especially in AC and DC welding. Lanthanum can significantly improve the hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of tungsten alloy, making it more suitable for use in harsh environments, thereby extending its service life. W-La Alloy Electrode Rod has good thermal stability, high melting point, strong arc corrosion resistance, excellent electron emission ability, high conductivity, fatigue resistance, oxidation resistance, easy processing and long service life.
