Pure Tungsten Bars are available in W1 and W2 grades with a tungsten purity of ≥99.95%. They are often made by powder metallurgy, with surfaces that can be sintered, ground, or polished, and dimensions that can be customized.

Tungsten Bars have the advantages of high melting point, high tensile strength, high-temperature resistance, creep resistance, corrosion resistance, good thermal conductivity, electrochemical corrosion resistance, wear resistance, strong radiation absorption ability, environmental protection, and durability, etc. It can be widely used in vacuum smelting, metallurgical manufacturing, the petrochemical industry, aerospace, medical research fields, and the high-temperature furnace processing industry. Tungsten metal bars are widely used for welding electrodes, furnace components, semiconductor substrates, tube assemblies, electron beam evaporation emission cathodes, ion implantation cathodes and anodes, capacitor sintered tubes/containers, crucibles, heating elements, X-ray radiation shielding components, and sputtering targets.
