Description

Pure tungsten is a hard, lustrous silver-white metal with the highest melting point and tensile strength of all metals. Tungsten sheet is mainly made of high-purity tungsten powder through isostatic pressing, and can be processed and heat treated differently according to different needs.Among them, we often use a combination of cold rolling, warm rolling and hot rolling to improve the mechanical properties and surface finish of tungsten sheets. The typical purity of tungsten sheet is 99.95%, and the higher purity is 99.99% or 99.999%.They have the characteristics of high plasticity, high recrystallization temperature, high resistivity, high density, low vapor pressure, small thermal expansion and good thermal conductivity.

Application

Because tungsten has higher radiation shielding properties and better environmental protection than lead, tungsten sheets are often used in CT room, PET room and other places where radiation exists in medical treatment. Tungsten sheet can be widely used in high temperature equipment, vacuum equipment and smelting equipment, often used as sputtering target raw material, evaporation boat raw material, high temperature furnace parts, ion implantation parts and electrodes, etc.
