Material selection and processing

The high purity titanium metal and aluminum, vanadium and other alloying elements are mixed, high temperature melting, multiple forging processing, repeated rolling, heat treatment, cutting processing, surface treatment, strict quality testing.

Its main alloying elements are aluminum (Al) 6%, vanadium (V) 4%, and titanium (Ti). For impurity elements, oxygen usually does not exceed 0.20%, carbon usually does not exceed 0.08%, hydrogen usually does not exceed 0.015%, and nitrogen usually does not exceed 0.05%.

Application
