Material selection and processing
We use high-quality cobalt-based alloy powder as raw material, and then powder mixing, die molding or isostatic molding, high temperature sintering, machining, heat treatment, surface treatment (plating or polishing) and final quality inspection after a series of processing procedures. The powder metallurgy process can meet customers' requirements for dimensional accuracy and surface quality.

Application
Cobalt Alloy 20 Round Bar can be widely used in harsh environments that require resistance to wear and corrosion, such as aerospace, petrochemical, seawater desalination, energy, automobile manufacturing, and nuclear industry.
- Aerospace : Cobalt Rod is used to manufacture aircraft engine components such as turbine blades, nozzles, and combustion chamber components.
- Petrochemical : Cobalt Base Alloy Bar is used to manufacture wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant components such as valves, stems, pump bodies and wellhead equipment.
- Automotive : suitable for the production of engine parts, valve parts, bearings and pump parts, to extend the service life of equipment in high wear environment .
- Machining: Often used to manufacture cutting tools, such as turning tools, milling cutters, etc., to improve processing efficiency and quality.
