1. Chemical equipment field
Reactor lining: A tantalum rod is used to prepare the reactor liner and stirring shaft, which can resist 98% concentrated nitric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and other strong corrosive media, and the service life is 10-15 years, which is 5 times longer than that of stainless steel reactors.

Processing
(1) Select a high-purity tantalum metal billet (purity ≥99.95%) to strictly control the impurity content
(2) High-purity tantalum powder was prepared by hydrogenation → powdering→ pickling and impurity removal→ and subsequent treatment processes
(3) Press tantalum powder into bars, which requires no defects, no cracks on the surface, and a certain strength.
(4) Forging generally adopts the cold rolling process, which can be used as a billet-making process before die forging, or directly rolling tantalum billet strips.
(5) Heat treatment must be carried out in a high vacuum, and the temperature is generally 950-1300°C.
(6) Use a mixture of hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid and hydrochloric acid for pickling, and then use an ultra-fine grinding wheel to gradually achieve the polishing surface roughness.
(7) Quality control and testing, such as composition analysis, surface quality, dimensional accuracy, flaw detection testing, etc.
(8) Pack in a wooden box with plastic partitions, with material certificates, packing lists and other accessories, and the weight of a single box should not exceed 100kg
