Polished Niobium Rod Description
Compared with other metal materials, niobium has stronger alloying effect on steel and lower cost. Only adding 0.001% -0.1% nano niobium powder is enough to change the mechanical properties of steel. Polished Niobium Rod is mainly made of niobium powder, which includes various advantages of metallic niobium, such as high melting point, strong corrosion resistance, good cold resistance, good cold working performance and strong ductility, etc., and is widely used in large laboratories and Workshops are commonly used in the production of superconducting devices such as particle accelerators and MRI scanners. Polished Niobium Rods can be used to make accessories and brackets for high-temperature vacuum furnaces, equipment resistant to nitric acid, sulfuric acid, and hydrochloric acid, to manufacture superalloys, structural materials for aero-engines and rocket nozzles, internal components and envelope materials for reactors, etc. Moreover, because Polished Niobium Rod is non-magnetic, environmentally friendly, non-toxic and has excellent biocompatibility, it can be made into surgical implants to help patients recover.
