Nickel tubes are mainly made of about 99% pure nickel after various mechanical processing, and can be divided into seamless, welded, fabricated, resistance welding (ERW) or LSAW. Nickel tube has the advantages of excellent mechanical properties, superior corrosion resistance, high ductility, strong magnetism, strong compression resistance, good high temperature resistance and long service life.Moreover, adding a small amount of chromium to the nickel tube can improve its own oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance. Nickel tubes have good corrosion resistance in alkaline solutions (such as caustic soda), high-purity halogen gases and various acidic environments. Nickel tubes are the best choice for spinning and cold forming processes and are mainly used in chemical processing, food processing, soda industry, electronics industry and energy equipment.
