Inconel718 is a high-strength, relatively highly corrosion-resistant nickel-chromium alloy. The material is approximately 52.5% nickel, 20% chromium and 3% molybdenum, with two common heat treatments being solution annealing and age hardening. Inconel Instrumentation Valve Parts are often made of Inconel718 material through powder metallurgy process. They have stronger high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance than ordinary valve parts, which can improve the wear resistance of the valve and extend its operating life.
