Molybdenum is a gray rare metal that exists in minerals in various oxidation states and readily forms hard and stable carbides. In industry, molybdenum is often used to make high-strength alloys and superalloys, as well as high-pressure and high-temperature applications.Molybdenum plates are made of molybdenum powder by pressing, sintering and rolling. It has the advantages of high melting point, high purity, low thermal expansion rate, good thermal conductivity, excellent high temperature deformation resistance, and good welding and processing performance. According to the production thickness, molybdenum plates can be made into rolled surface, alkali washed surface, polished surface and polished surface.

Application:Molybdenum plates are often used in high temperature industries, such as manufacturing high temperature furnace heating elements, sintering boats, heat shields, and sintering of ceramics, magnets, and metal injection molded parts.Molybdenum plates are widely used in electronics and semiconductor industry, metal smelting industry, lighting industry, vacuum evaporation coating industry, medical field, aerospace, nuclear industry and other fields. For example, it can be used for molybdenum electrodes, crucibles and supporting elements, cover plates of sapphire growth furnaces, connectors and heating belts in vacuum furnaces, spare parts for ion implanters, sputtering targets, base plates for precision electronics, etc.

1) black surface by hot-rolling with oxides.
2) white surface by chemical cleaning to remove the lubricants and oxides.
3) ground surface by grinding process for assurance of precise dimension and bright surface.
In addition, we can also provide Mo-La sheet and TZM sheet. Mora sheet has high temperature resistance and long service life. Compared with pure molybdenum, TZM sheet is difficult to form, but customers also have special application requirements.
