1. Alloy doping process
There are three main ways to dope La2O3 in Mo metal.Solid-solid doping method: Molybdenum powder and La2O3 powder are mixed by ball milling, and then pressed and sintered to form a molybdenum alloy; Solid-liquid doping method: Lanthanum nitrate is sprayed into molybdenum oxide by atomization, dried and reduced, and then pressed and sintered to form a molybdenum alloy; Liquid-liquid doping method: A soluble lanthanum salt solution is added to the molybdenum salt solution, and a molybdenum alloy is formed by spray drying, reduction, pressing and sintering. Different doping processes have their own characteristics, among which the molybdenum-lanthanum alloy prepared by liquid-liquid doping has better performance than the other two methods.
2. Application fields
