As long as the heating temperature and deformation conditions are properly controlled, high-quality titanium forgings can be forged without large forging deformation.

Correct selection of forging ratio, reasonable heating temperature and holding time, reasonable initial forging temperature, final forging temperature, reasonable deformation amount and deformation speed are closely related to improving product quality and reducing costs.
The purpose of titanium rod processing and rolling is to grind parts and abrasives in dilute acid or alkali with corrosion inhibitor, and follow the rotation of the drum to obtain a bright appearance. This method is suitable for handling small parts and parts that are not easy to polish. Proper selection of rolling standards can improve productivity and quality.
