Good strength and strong anti-adhesion ability

APPLICATION
Caps Electrode is a type of spherical electrode, which is very suitable for various fields such as aerospace, shipbuilding, the automobile industry, electronic devices, metal processing, and the construction industry. It can reduce the adhesion between the electrode and the workpiece and achieve high-quality welding.
1. Automobile manufacturing industry
Body welding: used for spot welding of body structures (such as doors, side panels, chassis, etc.), and the welded materials are mainly galvanized steel plates and high-strength steel.
Battery system: welding of new energy vehicle battery pack shells (aluminum alloys) and copper/aluminum foil.
2. Electronics and home appliance industry
Consumer electronics: precision welding of internal metal parts of mobile phones and laptops. The electrode head has high dimensional accuracy (such as small diameter welding caps of φ2-5mm).

NOTES ON MAINTENANCE

④Annealing treatment to eliminate thermal processing stress and adjust the balance between hardness and conductivity.
⑤Precision turning and polishing, processing into flat or spherical surfaces according to welding requirements.
⑥Performance testing and quality control, such as physical performance testing, dimensional accuracy inspection, and welding performance verification.
