Process

③ Place the green body in a vacuum sintering furnace to diffuse and fuse the tungsten particles with the binder, forming a dense alloy structure.
④ Use carbide tools to turn and mill the sintered body, followed by drilling or tapping using electrical discharge machining.
⑤ Use a diamond grinding wheel to grind the surface to remove any post-sintering oxide layers or machining marks, and to improve the surface finish.
⑥ The surface is typically electroplated or coated to reduce friction damage with the fishing line during use or to enhance underwater stability.
