Differences between the YG series and YN series
Performance:
YG series: This type of cemented carbide ball mainly uses cobalt (Co) as a binder, with high hardness, high wear resistance, and good red hardness.
YN series: Uses metals such as nickel (Ni) or molybdenum (Mo) as a binder, with high oxidation resistance, wear resistance, heat resistance, and resistance to crescent wear.
Application scenarios:
YG series: Widely used in precision parts punching and stretching, precision bearings, instruments, meters, etc., which require high hardness and wear resistance.
YN series: Often used in the finishing of continuous cutting of carbon steel, alloy steel, tool steel, hardened steel, etc.
