Application:
Tungsten wire heating elements are the material of choice for heating elements, heating cables and combustion boats in metal furnace construction.Tungsten heaters made of them are mainly suitable for heating elements in semiconductor and vacuum coating processes, such as aluminum plating, chrome plating, ceramic coating, plastic coating and glass coating (such as picture tubes, rearview mirrors or home appliances, etc.). Under the right conditions, tungsten wire heating elements can maintain temperatures up to 2300°C and are widely used in high temperature resistance furnaces and sapphire growth furnaces.
Tungsten wire heating elements is not only used to emit light, but also a good resistance heating element. Due to the excellent purity, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance of the tungsten filament, it has become an important part of the electron beam evaporation source for evaporation coating, the resistance evaporation source and the ion source for ion implantation.
