Material selection and processing

We start by selecting high-purity tungsten materials and removing impurities. Next, the materials are pressed into wires and undergo high-precision wire drawing using specialized machines. Following this, the wires are subjected to high-temperature treatment, cutting, and polishing. Finally, we conduct rigorous quality and performance testing.

Characteristics

Application

Tungsten Coil can be widely used in various fields such as electric light source industry, wire and cable, metal products, high temperature processing industry, aerospace, mechanical processing, semiconductor manufacturing industry, etc.

1. As a filament material in incandescent lamps and halogen tungsten lamps, it can keep the filament stable at high temperature, extend the service life, and improve the luminous efficiency.
2. It is often used as a cathode or grid material in electron tubes, which can stably emit electrons at high temperature to ensure the normal operation of electron tubes.
3. As a heating element in a high temperature furnace, it can withstand high temperature, heat up quickly and provide stable heat output to meet the high temperature processing requirements of various materials, such as heat treatment of metal materials.
4. In the thermal control system of aerospace vehicles, it can be used to manufacture heating elements or heat conduction components to help adjust the temperature inside the spacecraft and ensure that various instruments and equipment work within a suitable temperature range.
5. Used as a reinforcing material or heating element for precision machining tools, the material deformation and friction problems in the cutting process are improved by heating the tool.
