Cobalt-Chrome Alloy Valve Ball is a cobalt-based alloy product that contains a considerable amount of chromium, nickel and tungsten, and a small amount of metal elements such as molybdenum, niobium, iron, and titanium. Cobalt-Chrome Alloy Valve Balls have excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance, dozens or hundreds of times that of ordinary steel balls, and have good toughness and stability at high temperatures. Cobalt-Chrome Alloy Valve Ball is often combined with Cobalt-Chrome Alloy valve seat to form pump components used in oil exploration and marine exploration. The grades used are Cobalt Chrome Alloy 20 and Cobalt Chrome Alloy 3, respectively. The service life and service life of the Cobalt Alloy Ball directly determines the service life of the oil well pump. We must provide a suitable grade according to the actual mining situation, in order to prolong the service life of the oil well pump and improve its working efficiency.
