Heating elements generally consist of coils of wire, which can be wrapped with insulating or protective materials.When current flows through a wire,it encounters resistance,which creates heat.Tungsten wire heating elements are made of high-quality tungsten wire material,which has excellent thermal conductivity,high machining accuracy,low creep deformation,high mechanical properties and thermal stability, good corrosion resistance, high thermal conductivity and long service life,etc.
Application:
Tungsten wire heating elements are the material of choice for heating elements, heating cables and combustion boats in metal furnace construction.Tungsten heaters made of them are mainly suitable for heating elements in semiconductor and vacuum coating processes, such as aluminum plating, chrome plating, ceramic coating, plastic coating and glass coating (such as picture tubes, rearview mirrors or home appliances, etc.). Under the right conditions, tungsten wire heating elements can maintain temperatures up to 2300°C and are widely used in high temperature resistance furnaces and sapphire growth furnaces.
