Ni200 Nickel Sheet

FANMETAL supply the Ni200 nickel sheet according to standard ASTM B162. Material nickel 200 ( UNS N02200 ) and nickel 201 ( UNS N02211 ) solution strengthened are in the form of hot-worked and cold worked sheet and plate.

Nickel Sheet Application:

Nickel Plate has the following characteristics:

The C content of Ni201 and Ni200 are different, and the deep drawing performance of NI201 is better.

Generally speaking, there is little difference in corrosion resistance between the two, but in terms of deep drawing performance, NI201 is better. The ultra-thin nickel foil generally used for electronic components and electronic products is deep-processed with NI201 and higher NI205.
