Ni200 Nickel Sheet

FANMETAL supply the Ni200 nickel sheet according to standard ASTM B162. Material nickel 200 ( UNS N02200 ) and nickel 201 ( UNS N02211 ) solution strengthened are in the form of hot-worked and cold worked sheet and plate.

Nickel Sheet Application:

Alkali industry. Chlor-alkali chemical industry and organic chloride production. Food processing industry. High temperature halogen and salt corrosion environment. Electronic instrument parts. Water treatment. All kinds of equipment with strong alkali resistance.

Nickel Plate has the following characteristics:

 pure commercial pure nickel with excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, high thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity, low gas content and low vapor pressure.

The C content of Ni201 and Ni200 are different, and the deep drawing performance of NI201 is better.

Generally speaking, there is little difference in corrosion resistance between the two, but in terms of deep drawing performance, NI201 is better. The ultra-thin nickel foil generally used for electronic components and electronic products is deep-processed with NI201 and higher NI205.
