Copper Seam Welding Wheels refers to a resistance welding method in which the weldment is assembled into a lap or butt joint and placed between two roller electrodes. The roller presses the weldment and rotates, continuously or intermittently, to form a continuous weld. [2] It replaces the cylindrical electrode for spot welding with a disc-shaped electrode, which moves relative to the workpiece.
