Copper Seam Welding Wheels refers to a resistance welding method in which the weldment is assembled into a lap or butt joint and placed between two roller electrodes. The roller presses the weldment and rotates, continuously or intermittently, to form a continuous weld. [2] It replaces the cylindrical electrode for spot welding with a disc-shaped electrode, which moves relative to the workpiece. Mainly used for welding oil drums, cans, automobile fuel tanks, etc. The weldment is assembled into a lap or diagonal joint and placed between two roller electrodes. The roller presses the weldment and rotates to continuously or intermittently supply electricity to form a continuous welding seam. The resistance welding method is called seam welding. Seam welding is a welding method in which a pair of roller electrodes are used to replace the cylindrical electrodes for spot welding and move relative to the workpiece to produce a sealed weld where nuggets overlap each other. Seam welding is widely used in the welding of thin plates of oil drums, cans, radiators, aircraft and automobile fuel tanks, as well as airtight containers in jet engines, rockets, and missiles.
