Tungsten pipes have dense crystal structure, high purity (tungsten content up to 99.95%), high density (up to 18.2g/cm3 during sintering, 19.2g/cm3 after rolling), high melting point, low thermal expansion coefficient, high elastic modulus and other characteristics.They are made by powder metallurgy process, mainly through sintering, forging, rolling, heat treatment and other processes.Tungsten pipe are usually formed by machining the forged tungsten bars. Fanmetal can also manufacture tungsten tube targets (tungsten rotating targets) forged and reshaped after sintering process or subjected to hot isostatic pressing. Tungsten pipes also have the advantages of high high temperature strength, good high temperature resistance, excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance, strong thermal conductivity, easy processing, and low pollution,etc.
Application:Tungsten pipe is mainly used to produce high temperature furnace thermocouple protection tube, also sapphire single crystal furnace and high temperature sintering furnace inner support,etc.Tungsten pipes are widely used in high temperature furnaces, aerospace, vacuum plating, lighting, electrical and electronic, metallurgical manufacturing, medical and other industries.
