Processing technology

According to the different processing methods can be divided into: stamping, machining, sintering.

Stamping type generally selects niobium plate or niobium foil for single or multiple stamping production with a suitable mold.

Machining is the selection of high quality niobium rods through turning to produce qualified crucible products.

The sintering type is to select the appropriate niobium powder through isostatic pressing technology, and then vacuum high-temperature sintering to produce crucible billet, and then with machining to make the required size.
