C276 is a type of high-performance nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloy, which is often processed through high-temperature melting, hot pressing, casting and forging, welding and cutting, heat treatment, surface treatment and other processing techniques to produce various finished products required by customers.

Characteristics

Corrosion resistance

‌Hastelloy C-276 alloy has excellent corrosion resistance to most corrosive media in both oxidized and reduced states, and has excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking

High temperature resistance

At high temperatures up to 1038°C, C276 exhibits excellent oxidation resistance and can maintain stable structure and mechanical properties in high temperature environments.

Excellent mechanical properties

Hastelloy alloy has good strength and plasticity. ‌Hastelloy C-276 alloy has a tensile strength of up to 690N/mm², a yield strength of 283N/mm², and an elongation of 40%, and performs well in complex environments.

Good welding and processing properties

Suitable for cold and hot processing, it can be connected by a variety of welding methods, including arc welding, inert gas shielded welding, plasma welding, etc.
