Hastelloy C22 is an alloy of nickel, tungsten, molybdenum and chromium. It is known as the most corrosive alloy on the market and can perform excellently under any extreme conditions (high corrosion or extremely high temperature environment). Hastelloy C22 Welding Wire is suitable for various industrial welding applications. It has good electrical and thermal conductivity, strong corrosion resistance, good welding performance, good wear resistance, anti-static, anti-radiation, smooth and beautiful surface and long service life. Hastelloy C22 Welding Wires are extremely resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion, easy to form, can well prevent the generation of grain boundary precipitates, and improve product purity. Hastelloy C22 Welding Wires can be adapted to any fabrication method and are widely used in petroleum, chemical, power, offshore and marine installations and often weld nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys to themselves, stainless steel and other nickel-based alloys.
